#LSKitchen: Make a Strawberry Peach Smoothie with us!

Just got done with a workout and need to cool down or just craving something fresh and easy to make? This week in #LSKitchen we’re whipping up our fave smoothie jammed pack with our fave fruits and bonus tastes like strawberry banana sherbet… yum, right! We discovered this smoothie from @dailyharvest and have been lovin’ it ever since! Keep reading to find out how you can make it at home! 

INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup: Strawberry 

1: Banana

½ : Peach

1 Cup: Raspberry

½ Cup: Oats 

1 Cup: Goji Berry

Fill halfway with your preferred liquid ( we do a splash of milk + water)

DIRECTIONS:

Measure out your ingredients + combine in a blender

Add your liquid of choice

Blend it up 

Add to you’re fave bowl or cup 

If you’re feelin’ fancy you can garnish with a few strawberries and some peaches

Now enjoy!
